"I've been with this agency for almost 15 years at this point. I started with Ryan's Dad, Phil Nichols, and apparently Ryan took over the agency not too long ago unfortunately after Phil passed away. I have never filed a claim with them, and now we have significant storm damage to our roof, and the adjuster assigned to our case is being very difficult. They are refusing to provide coverage because they claim that just repairing the old roof is sufficient rather than replacing the roof. They are claiming that the shingles they want my roofing company to replace the damaged ones with give a "reasonably uniform appearance and are not mismatched". I've reached out to Ryan by phone and by email twice asking for his opinion or assistance due to my long-standing tenure as a customer of their agency with no claim history, and I've received no reply. You be the judge, do these shingles appear to give a uniform appearance? I would be careful with this agency and State Farm in general. I am very disappointed with how we've been treated after paying into their policies for 15 years."

"This is the absolute worst State Farm agency there is. I was promised a call back for coverage when I traded my vehicle in on my new one after speaking around noon. I call back at 5 and they closed. So I was left stranded after already taking possession. It has been a week now and they still can’t tell me how much it’s going to be or have my new vehicle added. This has made multiple times this has happened. Last time it took 3 weeks for this agency to get me covered. Unfortunately after being with State Farm for quiet a long time I am canceling and moving my policy to a company that has at least a sliver of respect for their customers."
